INTRODUCING: CHEF SEVIN JORDAN

 

We'd like you to meet our new Chef Sevin Jordan!

Originally from Oregon, his culinary journey took him to Texas to attend Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy. Sevin joined Robin's culinary team as a lead line cook in 2020. When the opportunity came to lead the team as an executive chef, Sevin was happy to show us what he could and would do to maintain our reputation as being one of the best restaurants on the Central Coast. Sevin loves making people happy with his creations. He loves talking about food and is a respectful and humble leader. When Sevin is not in the kitchen, he loves to play golf.

Our whole team at Robin's is delighted with Sevin's passion for cooking, creating, and coaching his team.

 

TO CELEBRATE EARTH DAY EVERYDAY IN OUR DAILY PRACTICE

Just a reminder to stock your kitchen with reusable food and bowl wraps, carry reusable utensils with you for your take-out orders, use a reusable water bottle, shop local, buy in bulk, skip the straw, and skip paper towels. All of these practices will help keep our earth sustainable for generations to come.
