Recently I decided to stretch myself & enroll in an online marketing seminar offered by Seth Godin.

This guy is brilliant & I figured that I am sure to learn something about myself, about marketing, about others. There are a few hundred people enrolled in this seminar & it’s intimidating because they are all a lot smarter & more articulate than I ever could be so I have to force myself to leave my comfort zone & press myself to do something I don’t feel especially good at. I am sort of excited to learn (some days) & participation has already caused me to think how I view marketing & the change I want to see in my business.

One of the 21 irrefutable laws of leadership is about the necessity of learning & growing as a leader so as long as I choose to be in this position I am in I have no choice but to learn & grow.

How about you? What change do you want to see in your life & your business. I encourage you to take the steps toward making that change a reality.

Our families are growing. The stork is delivering to 4 team members new precious bundles of joy & two of them are at Robin’s.
