June News

Hello friends,

June is a month of new beginnings for many of our young students. I am excited for them as they embark on a new chapter of learning & living. Robin’s has a record number of high school graduates this year – 7. Some of these remarkable folks have been working while attending school for the past 2 years. That says a lot about their character & motivation to want to contribute to their own education & living expenses. Needless to say we are very proud of them. Most of them will be going off to attend college and we will miss them & their contributions to Robin’s. One of the most rewarding experiences we have as a restaurant is to be able to offer entry level jobs to young students. We are able to teach then life skills of discipline, accountability, hospitality, & much more which serves them so well.

Congratulations to our Graduates!

Scarecrow Delights: A Summer of Fun Events

Gear up early this summer for The Cambria Scarecrow Festival's 10th anniversary! They've put together an eclectic set of intriguing opportunities to learn, explore and sample the Central Coast happening throughout the summer to help usher in this year's special fall display of whimsy coming this October. Each summer event is an individually ticketed event to experience something new and at the same time support the mission of the Festival.

Summer Nights in the Garden

Robin's Wine Corner

LXV Rosé was designed by owners Neeta and Kunal to be a sensory experience with each of the wines named after an art in the Kama Sutra. Their rosé of Sangiovese is nicknamed "Heart Note" and it is easily the most alluring rosé to come out of Paso Robles. Heart Note is inspired by Gandhayukti (Art of Perfumery), the 18th Art of Kama Sutra and the grapes were picked exclusively for this wine. The wine is striking in the glass with delicate layered aromas of hibiscus, pomegranate, and passion fruit. The palate has succulent notes of cherry, persimmon, and white peach with crisp and refreshing acidity. Being made from Sangiovese, this rosé is a lovely complement to our cuisine and long, relaxing summer afternoons on our patio.
